WE ARE MONITORING THE WEATHER AND WILL ANNOUNCE ANY POSSIBLE SCHEDULE CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS AS SOON AS WE HAVE MORE INFORMATION.
#1. THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR ALL THEIR HELP THIS WEEKEND WITH THE BBQ, PROP BUILDING AND PANTHERS GAME!
#2. TOMORROW NIGHT: Chaperone training – 7:30pm
Booster Club Meeting – 8:00pm
Parent Preview – 8:30pm
#3. We have been making progress on our “Fill the Stand” drive for the BoA Stadium Concession stand, but still need 227 spots filled for the next 9 events. Our next BoA Stadium event is NEXT Sunday, September 23rd.
#4. Call time for the game on Friday night will be 6:15pm. Dress will be summer uniform. We will be performing at Pre-Game & doing our “Football Halftime Show”. Currently we are planning to march the competition show “Post-game”!
#5. Our first competition show performance will be Saturday at Nation Ford High School. The schedule is on www.cloverbands.com under NEWS: Announcements/Schedules. We will be rehearsing Saturday morning and our performance time is 5:15pm. Dress will be Summer Uniform for the Exhibition. We will need parent bus chaperones, parents to help with water and to push pit equipment. Please see CHARMS for sign-ups!
#6. The next band fee payment is due on September 15th! There are many students who are not current on their band fees. We cannot operate the band program without funds. At this point all students should have paid at least $325 of their band fees.
#7. Please be reminded that NO practice/performance is considered optional.
