#1. CONGRATULATIONS ON A WONDERFUL WEEKEND!  GRAND CHAMPION AND A “SWEEP” OF ALL CAPTIONS @ PORTER RIDGE AND 2nd PLACE HIGH MUSIC & PERCUSSION AT PROVIDENCE!  Thanks to everyone for making the “best” of our rainy situation!
 
#2.  FINALS WEEK IS HERE!  It’s hard to believe that this is the last week of marching band season!  Please see the attached schedule for information about 5A State Finals.  We need EVERY CLOVER BAND PARENT IN THE STANDS TO CHEER ON THE PRIDE OF CLOVER THIS COMING SATURDAY!!
 
#3.  Remember… rehearsals this week are: 
Monday:         3:45pm – 6:00pm (activity after!)
Tuesday:         3:45pm – 7:00pm (please be ready for this to move to 6-9 if our field is not usable)
Wednesday:   3:45pm – 6:00pm
Thursday:        3:45pm – 5:30pm (HALLOWEEN)
 
*We are actively monitoring the weather for this week with the forecast for rain moving in Tuesday evening and raining through Friday morning.  We will update any changes in schedules via REMIND & E-MAIL to adjust for scheduling.
 
#4.  HOME GAME FRIDAY NIGHT & SENIOR NIGHT!  We will be recognizing our wonderful SENIORS at halftime AND performing our FULL SHOW!  We may need additional help with pushing pit to cover any senior parents on the field.  Senior info sheet and details will go home tomorrow!
 
#5.  Region Band audition sign-ups close FRIDAY!  If we want our band to improve then we need EVERY MUSICIAN to work to be their best!  Please bring your $12 audition fee by THIS Friday!

#1.  ONLY 2 WEEKS REMAIN IN THE 2019 MARCHING BAND SEASON!  Lots of things happening between now and next Saturday, so please make sure you read ALL e-mails, texts and materials that are pushed out.  Specifically, read the other attachment CLOVER BAND – FINAL 2 WEEKS
 
#2.  We will be having our Community Performance THIS Thursday @ Memorial Stadium @ 8pm.  We will plan to rehearse/prep from 6pm to 7:30pm and give a performance @ 8pm!  Please tell your family & friends!
 
#3.  We began our annual SHEET SALE this week!  This is a GREAT FUNDRASIER and the sheets make wonderful Christmas gifts!  Information was handed out last Tuesday.
 
#4.  Homecoming is this Friday night and the band will be performing MATADOR at pre-game due to the Homecoming festivities.  Call times and details will be pushed out later this week, but we will need to plan to start earlier on Friday than normal.
 
#5.  Please see the attached schedule for this weekend  At the moment there is rain in the forecast for both Friday and Saturday.  We will continue to monitor and adjust as needed, but ask everyone to be ready to be FLEXIBLE for any potential schedule changes.
 
#7.  The October MB Fee payment of $75 was due last week  Please make sure you are keeping up with your band fees!
 
#8.  We will be honoring our senior band members next Friday night, November 1st during halftime BEFORE our last home field performance of MATDOR.  All senior parents please make plans to join us and be recognized with your senior!
 
#9.  The Clover FB team was crowned REGION CHAMPS last Friday night which means we will have a HOME PLAYOFF GAME ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 8TH!  We will not be performing the show, but do need everyone (including guard) to plan to be in attendance. 

#1.  CONGRATULATIONS on a GREAT job at a VERY TOUGH competition @ Blythewood this weekend!  2nd place winning high music & percussion is something of which to be VERY PROUD!  Only 3 weeks remaining to MAX OUT MATADOR!
 
#2.  REHEARSAL SCHEDULE CHANGE!  Due to the forecast for rain on Tuesday we will be adjusting the schedule for this week.  Tuesday will be after-school until 6pm and Thursday will be after-school until 7pm.  Same amount of rehearsal time, but just a difference on when it occurs.
 
#3.  Please be reminded that the new Band Room Rules/Procedures go into effect this week.  Please make sure you are prepared for the changes.
 
#4.  We have no band events this Friday-Sunday… enjoy a DESERVED LONG FREE WEEKEND!

#2.  We will be competing this Saturday at Tournament of Bands @ Blythewood HS.  The tentative schedule for the day can be found @ www.cloverbands.com.  I hope the Clover Band Family will once again come out and support the band in the stands in Blythewood!
 
#3.  Monday night is CHS Band night @ Lee’s Hoagie House!  Make sure you mention Clover Band!
 
#4.  Tuesday night we will have our October Band Booster Club meeting.  It would be GREAT to see all the parents who came to the competition and our parent preview at our booster meeting.  If we want our program to go to the NEXT level, we need more parent support at our Booster Meeting!
 
#5.  Wednesday is CHS Band day @ Fast Frog Bakery on Hwy 55!  Please go support Fast Frog Bakery & the Clover Band!
 
#6.  We will be taking a pep band to the NW game this Friday.  Sign-ups are on the board.  Details later this week!
 
#7. There are many students who are not current on their band fees.  At this point all students should have paid at least $400 of their band fees. The next band fee payment is October 15th.
