Bank America Stadium Fundraiser

BoA schedule is below. 

Please be sure you have completed BOTH trainings via the training links posted below. (TRAININGS ARE GOOD FOR THE YEAR 2026) 
BOTH Online Trainings must be completed prior to volunteering/signing up at Bank of America.  It can be accessed using the following links and only needs to be completed once for the season.  

1. **Levy volunteer training- (See link below) Takes 15-20 minutes to complete - LEVY TRAINING LINK - LINK 

     2.  CHS Levy Training Packet/Signature -  Jotform Link - 
     3. Parental Consent (Ages 16-17 Only) - LINK TO MINOR CONSENT FORM NEEDED - LINK 
     4. Clover Volunteer Agreement/Policies - LINK TO FORM
     5.  **ServSafe, responsible alcohol service training ( 18+ ONLY need to complete) - LINK HERE 
             There is a cost associated with this training. Add the ServSafe Alcohol Online Course and Primary Exam – 3rd Edition to your cart and enter LEVY23 in the                  coupon code field on the shopping cart page (this coupon gives you a 32% discount). Your cost after applying the coupon code will be $20.40.                 
              Reimbursement is being considered by the Clover Band Boosters.
      5a. The course requires that you pass an exam to receive credit for completion.
      5b. Email a copy of the certificate of completion to  - [email protected] 


NOTE - If you have not completed the trainings and sign up, your name WILL be removed. It is your responsibility to do the training. 
Once the training has been completed, the completion certificate must be sent to [email protected].
