10/14 Reminders

#1.  CONGRATULATIONS on a GREAT job at a VERY TOUGH competition @ Blythewood this weekend!  2nd place winning high music & percussion is something of which to be VERY PROUD!  Only 3 weeks remaining to MAX OUT MATADOR!
 
#2.  REHEARSAL SCHEDULE CHANGE!  Due to the forecast for rain on Tuesday we will be adjusting the schedule for this week.  Tuesday will be after-school until 6pm and Thursday will be after-school until 7pm.  Same amount of rehearsal time, but just a difference on when it occurs.
 
#3.  Please be reminded that the new Band Room Rules/Procedures go into effect this week.  Please make sure you are prepared for the changes.
 
#4.  We have no band events this Friday-Sunday… enjoy a DESERVED LONG FREE WEEKEND!
 
#5.  We will be having our Community Performance NEXT Thursday @ Memorial Stadium @ 8pm.  We will plan to rehearse/prep from 6pm to 7:30pm and give a performance @ 8pm!  Please tell your family & friends!
 
#6.  We will begin our annual SHEET SALE this week!  This is a GREAT FUNDRAISER and the sheets make wonderful Christmas gifts!  Information will be handed out on Tuesday.
 
#7.  The October MB Fee payment of $75 is due THIS TUESDAY!  Please make sure you are keeping up with your band fees!
 
#8.  Please be reminded that NO practice/performance is considered optional and attendance is part of the band grade.
