#1. TIM HINTON CLINIC WEEKEND! We will be having a clinic on Friday & Saturday with our music arranger and drill writer Tim Hinton. Friday will be 6-10 at the stadium and Saturday will be 9-1 at the stadium. Mr. Hinton will be here to help put the finishing touches on MATADOR! This is one of our most important events and we need everyone to be on time and ready to work! More details will be handed out by Wednesday!
#2. PARENT PREVIEW THIS SATURDAY! After our clinic on Friday & Saturday we will be having a parent preview at 7pm at the Stadium! The plan is for this to be our first FULL UNIFORM performance of the show in preparation for the beginning of competition season starting next weekend!
#3. If you are planning to go with the band to Hawaii with the CHS Band next April then you need to get your paperwork and deposit paid ASAP! We will be closing adding new people very soon and don’t want anyone to miss out on this “Trip of a Lifetime!”
#4. There are many students who are not current on their band fees. At this point all students should have paid at least $325 of their band fees. The next band fee payment is due on September 15th!
