Reminders 9/4

#1. BIG WEEKEND AHEAD FOR THE CLOVER BAND!  1st home football game, Fall BBQ & Panther Game this weekend!
 
#2.  ALL BBQ TICKETS ARE DUE NOW!  Please turn in all sold & unsold tickets to the turn-in box by the band office ASAP! 
 
#3.  WE HAVE MANY VOLUNTEER NEEDS FOR THIS WEEKEND!  Please see CHARMS to sign-up.  We need workers for Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday this weekend!  We cannot rely on 15% of our band family to sign-up to do all the things that need to be done.  PLEASE SIGN-UP AND HELP OUT!

#4. Call time for the game on Friday night will be 6:15pm.  Dress will be summer uniform.  We will be performing at Pre-Game & doing our “Football Halftime Show”.  Details will be pushed out to everyone by Wednesday.
 
#5.  Our first competition performance will be next Saturday at Nation Ford High School.  The tentative schedule will be on www.cloverbands.com under NEWS: Announcements/Schedules by Thursday.  We will be rehearsing Saturday morning and our performance time is 5:15pm.
 
#6.  There are many students who are not current on their band fees.  We cannot operate the band program without funds.   At this point all students should have paid at least $325 of their band fees. The next band fee payment is due on September 15th!
 
#6.  Please be reminded that NO practice/performance is considered optional.
