8/4 Reminders

We had a GREAT 1st week of camp last week!  The students are working very hard and are doing an OUTSTANDING JOB!  The big week is ahead and we need everyone ready to go so we can max-out this big week of camp! 

Below are some reminders for the week:

#1.  Band Camp Week #2 – August 5 – August 9:  8am-9pm Lunch & Dinner provided!  This is our big week of camp and  we could sure use your help!  Please check CHARMS for volunteer opportunities
 
#2.  Student registration is this week.  We ask that students plan to go to the afternoon registration session so that we can have everyone at our morning camp sessions learning drill! 
 
#3.  PARENT ICE CREAM SOCIAL – THURSDAY @ 7PM - BAND ROOM!  ALL PARENTS SHOULD PLAN TO ATTEND! 
 
#4.  The Attractions Fundraiser started last week! Books are $20.  Student makes $7 per book.  Turn in book sales on Tuesday evenings for prizes!  FINAL TURN IN – TUESDAY, AUGUST 21st!
 
#5.  WE NEED HELP FOR THE PANTHER PRE-SEASON GAMES on August 16th & 29th!  Please see CHARMS to sign up!
 
#6. The Clover HS Band will be playing at the Clover School District Convocation on Tuesday, August 13th.  Call time is  8:30am and we will perform at 10:00am.  Rides should be available by 10:30am.  (NO PIT OR GUARD)
 
#7.  Please remember that we have (2) rehearsals next week on Tuesday, August 13th & Thursday, August 15th 5-9 These are VERY important rehearsals and attendance is not optional.
 
#8.  The Clover Band will be playing at the “Cougar Burn” on Thursday, August 22nd!  Call time: 7:30pm! 
 
#9.  First football game vs York is Friday, August 23rd.  Full Band!
