#1. GREAT JOB WITH THE MINI-CAMP THIS PAST SATURDAY! We now have ¾ of the competition show drill on the field! We will plan to start on the closer after Labor Day!
#2. BAND NIGHT @ LEE’S HOAGIE HOUSE IS MONDAY NIGHT!! Hope to see you there! #3. WW’s & Percussion have sectionals until 5:30 on Monday. #4. WE NEED HELP FOR THE COLLEGE GAME THIS SATURDAY! Please see CHARMS to sign-up! #5. We have 1 week left to sell BBQ tickets! We’re asking all students to sell the plate & lb. tickets they were issued. We will be holding our BBQ on Friday, September 7th & Saturday, September 8th @ the First United Methodist Church. #6. We are still missing items from many students: Medical Forms, Handbook Forms, Sodas, Locker Combo Forms, etc. Please get these turned in ASAP! #7. There are many students who are not current on their band fees. At this point all students should have paid at least $325 of their band fees. The next band fee payment is due on September 15th! #8. Please be reminded that NO practice/performance is considered optional. It is not appropriate to miss any rehearsal. The allowed excused absences are listed in the handbook. In the event that you cannot attend a rehearsal /performance it is the STUDENT’S RESPONSIBILITY to inform Mr. Gulledge, Mrs. Loftis or Mr. Hall. Students who have unexcused absences face the following consequences: grade reduction, detention, and even removal from the program. We have no “bench” to pull from.
