Daily Expectations

Classroom Procedures

• Enter class on time.
  • To be early is on time, to be on time is to be late. 
• Do not touch ANYTHING in the percussion room unless instructed to do so by a teacher, or unless it is the instrument assigned to you. ​
• Students will not be released from class except in case of instructional requisite, emergency, or administrative reasons. ​
• Students are not allowed to leave class (for bathroom or any other reason), the first 15 minutes and last 15 minutes. 
• No food, drink, or gum allowed in the Percussion Room at any time.
• No cell phones or Air Pods unless being used for a metronome or tuner. 
• Daily Materials:
  • 3 ring binder with music
  • pencil
  • practice pad
  • drumsticks
  • mallets

• Look on the board for daily class schedule
• Setup all equipment needed for the rehearsal​
• If you are not currently playing, you must ask Mr. Hall for permission to practice in another room.​
  • If a practice room is not available, you are to sit at the front of the room and listen to the students rehearsing. 
• Place any school used implements back into their respective cabinet when finished playing.
